Recipe – Herbed Pork

4 to 6 pork chops or steaks
½ cup flour
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
marinara sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano, basil and ground fennel
salt and pepper to taste

Cut almost all the fat off the meat. In a bowl, mix flour, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Put on a plate and press meat firmly into flour mixture. Sauté both sides of park on medium heat until golden brown. Remove from pan and place into a baking dish. Cover with marinara sauce. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
